We have a 13 yo standard poodle, Mary, that is a fabulous companion. She is smart, loving, funny,intuitive,and an intregal part of the family. We can't imagine our household without her. We were lucky and found her on a farm in rural Indiana but now many poodles are interbred & I can imediately tell that they don't possess the true poodle character & personality I am looking for. Your photographs depict beautiful poodles. Am interested in finding the right companion to add to our family now to ease the transition when Mary finally leaves us (although she still acts like a pup between naps. It doesn't have to be a puppy, a younger adult would do. Would prefer summertime since my son & I have more time for socialization and training. Like chocolate, black, grey...however temperament is most important.If you know of any available future family members please let us know. Thanks!

Came across your website while researching for a standard poodle. You have some very handsome dogs posted to this website. Are your boys and girls still in your possession? I also noticed you've put your property up for sale. Are you getting out of the poodle business or just moving to another location? I am looking for a show quality, large male with a happy disposition, good coat and conformation, and trainable for obedience, agility, retrieving or just general messing around outdoors. regards, Catherine

Hi Connie...We bought our "ABBY" from you in summer of 2002 and I see she is the most popular viewed picture in your gallery! By the way if you type in 'standard poodle' in Yahoo and hit 'images', this same pic almost always shows up on the first page! I have found her pic on other web sites with imposters even claiming that they are her owners!!! What fun! Connie, I can't express what a joy she is to us and her health has been perfect. She is graceful, funny, noble, and a bit smarter than I had anticipated. She is now getting close to being 6 and I wish she would just never go away. It's going to be ONE DARK DAY when we lose her...

I was doing research on Standard Poodles and looking for local breeders and found your site. I am not currently looking for a dog, but at some point in the future (not until after my current dogs pass away which will hopefully not be for a very long time) I would like to add a Poodle to our family. I researched my current breed for almost 10 years and have been reading up on poodles for a year or two.
I am VERY picky about who I will buy from (I normally rescue, and feel very strongly about only buying from responsible breeders who do appropriate testing and have strict guidelines for where they will place their pups) and was very very impressed with your web site! I just wanted to sign your guest book and give you a huge thumbs up! I hope when I am ready to find my special companion you are still close by or I can find another breeder who seems to have your same high standards.

Just looking. Currently own our beautiful standard poodle, Heidi, (Ravendune Poodles, Belleville, MI) but hope to bring home a brother or sister for her sometime in future. She's our second standard - have also owned 2 toys and 1 miniature. Needless to say we are elderly retirees, having outlived that many dogs! Love the disposition of the Standards the best.

I just wanted to thank you so much for making my brother so happy!!! He loved his new addition to the family..I haven't met my new furkid nephew yet but I've seen pictures and I've also heard the happiness in my brother's voice.
